How to Request Data Deletion at RouteWaves

This page explains how users can request the deletion of their data collected through RouteWaves via our Facebook App/Page integration.

RouteWaves does not store any Facebook user data on its servers.
However, if you wish to delete any information associated with your Facebook login or interaction, please follow the steps below.

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: Delete Your Data Through Facebook

Facebook allows you to delete data associated with any app directly from your account.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Facebook account
  2. Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings
  3. Click Apps and Websites
  4. Find RouteWaves in the list
  5. Click Remove
  6. Facebook will automatically delete any data that was shared with our app

Option 2: Request Manual Data Deletion

You can request data deletion directly from us.
